was a pretty good day on sataurday considering got a late start because of rain. only made about 5 cast's
before i got that bass pictured below.
i ended up getting 1 largemouth, 3 smallmouth, 2 pike, 2 walleye, and probably a dozen or so catfish. spent
most of the day cast trolling the shoreline with a spinner for pike then fished off the bridge for walleye in the evening.
was fishing on the wolf river in loring Ont.
the black flies were quite thick at times and i had no fly spray with me. the second the motor stopped running
they were swarming you, and driving you nuts. the amount of boats out on the river was almost as bad, all my favorite
fishing holes already had people fishing them and the hole landing was full of vehicles at one time.

on monday rob and i headed down to nippissing for some evening fishing. i managed to get 3 walleye (2 pictured
above) and 1 17.5 incher that was in the slot size so had to go back, rob managed to get 2 walleye, a 14 incher and a 18.5
incher which also had to go back. he also got a catfish which i got stung by taking it off for him. it was a pretty
good weekend despite the cold, strong winds, rain, snow and whatever else mother nature could throw at us.
